Appointment of new Student Minister

Somersham Baptist Church is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce Daniels as our new Student Minister. Bruce is currently a member or Bluntisham Baptist church and will be joining us with his wife and two children from September. The leadership and members have spent time listening to where God is calling us as a church and who the right person is to lead us into what we believe is going to be an exciting and challenging time together. During this time God has lead us to the decision that the person God is providing for this role is Bruce.

Mission

Somersham Baptist Church exists to help the people of Somersham and the surrounding area to worship and to follow Jesus Christ.

Services

Our Sunday Services take place at 10:30am weekly. Everybody is welcome and we would love to see you.

The childrens Explorers group also meet during the Sunday morning service.

Where are we

Somersham Baptist Church meets in the Baptist chapel on the High Street. It was built in 1812 and accomodates a service for adults in the main hall and the childrens events in the back room.

What do we do

The church is a friendly place and welcomes individuals and families alike. As well as the Sunday service the chuch also organises small groups that meet regularly, is involved in the local community and runs exciting activities and events for children.

Community

We see ourselves very much as a community church and we run a number of events within the village.
